Base Camp col is the matching cowl to my Base Camp mitts and hat patterns.

This is a cowl for people, who spend much time outdoor in winter: biking, hiking, skiing or walking the dog.
You can fold out the turtleneck and cover the neck, ears and chin.

Size information

Size: 1, 2, 3 (teenager/adult small, adult medium, adult large)

Required materials

Yarn: sock yarn or fingering weigth (held double), sport weigth or DK weigth yarn in 1 or 2 colors

Amounts needed: my gray and red cowl used 80g gray (Zitron Yak) and 30g red (Myak Baby Yak medium)

Needles and tools: dpns size US4.5 (3.5mm) and 6 (4mm) or long circular needles same sizes,tapestry needle, scissors, 1 stitch marker
