You have no idea what you could do with all your colorful oddments?
What about the cheecky Teddy gang?
Crochet your own little gang with all your oddments!
For one bear you need: ♦ Yarn in the colors you prefer
♦ Crochet hook: Please use the smallest size which is recommended for your yarn
♦ Small safety eyes (if you like)
♦ Key ring or small snap hook (if you like)
♦ Further decoration at your own choise
To crochet the bear, you should know the following things: crochet in rows, crochet in rounds, chain stitches, single crochet, increase and decrease, switch colors. (In the pattern I use US crochet terms!)
I think most sock knitters has the same problem: A pair of socks barely ever uses a whole ball of sock yarn. There is always something remaining. If you are looking for ideas what to do with your leftovers, you may consider these colorful gift bags. They are easy to knit. All you need are some sock yarn scraps and a set of DPNs.
See the pattern here.
