Find the instructions for the nose of this pattern really difficult to understand
Can someone please help with the nose on this dalmation??? Row 16 states, see illustration.....but there isnt one???

GREAT PATTERN. It was my first time at pattern reading. I enjoyed the project and will certainly make more Dottys. Took me 3 weeks to master :) but next time I'll ACE it
