Size Information

Size finished Egg Wreath: Ø ca. 9x7cm (3½ ” x 2.7”)
larger with thicker jute thread e.g. Ø ca. 11,5x14,5cm (4½ ”x 5½ -6”) explained in written pattern.

Materials List

Jute & Cotton. Thread size, yardage, Wpi explained in written pattern.

Other yardages, yarns and hooks can modify size and appearance.
It´s possible to crochet your ornaments in cotton thread, so you have to starch the circle accordingly. Then they have a tender look of little frames. But of course I can recommend a starching of jute and cotton too.
You will find a tip in written pattern.
If you prefer rustic jute, e.g. then you have gorgeous little things for outdoor use … with a special cottage look … unique … outstanding … perfect for Easter time … Nevertheless they are not made for eternity. They are tolerating wetness and sunlight bleaching, but please decorate your crocheted circles sheltered from rain … of course you can always crochet new and your old will end up in your home compost, because jute is biodegradable.

You need hooks EU Nr.4 (US G/6), for bigger wreathes EU Nr.8 (US L/11).
For bunnies and florets in cotton you need smaller hooks (see in written pattern).

Bows: Vichy plaid / gingham style (see in written pattern)
