The pattern contains two variants.

with long sleeves, a back yoke, buttoned cuffs, classic collar, rounded hem that is longer at the back and a patch chest pocket. The casual style makes this garment the perfect choice for a variety of occasions.

Variant B:
with short sleeves, a back yoke, classic collar, rounded hem that is longer at the back and a patch chest pocket. The casual style makes this garment the perfect choice for a variety of occasions.

The pattern already includes seam and hem allowances!

You can sew the shirt again and again from baby age (6 months) to the first 7 years!
