I cannot get the pattern to download, want my money back.

I too have paid for but cannot get pattern to open I have been on line for hours and keep going in circles with this site. am very discouraged will never again order.

Ordered. Now cannot get his pattern to download. Went to Pdf browse. Clicked on open. Nothing happens. Black screen. Same with video.

just exactly what ply sock yarn do you use? I agree this the worst pattern I have ever seen,
I have been crocheting for 55 years and this one sure has me stumped

I finally got English version but it's 49 pages so I did not print it. I'm not sure if I can figure it out, not your standard USA pattern, pic of ink pen writing?!?! I just tried to view the video and I couldn't make it start at the beginning or have sound.

I do not see any "browse PDF" when I click on the downloads page. There is nothing indicating that I purchased this pattern, except for a charge in my PayPal. I have used the Contact link twice to find out how to download this pattern. I have not received any reply! I am about ready to dispute the charges with my bank! I want a direct link to download an ENGLISH PDF!

If you think your finished shoes will look like the ones on the model, prepare for disappointment....I followed the pattern in every detail (with difficulty at times because it isn't very clear) and the really didn't look very nice. I've altered the pattern significantly, but really, I will need to complete rewrite it to make it look good. Not worth the money! I'm only sticking with it because all the wool was not cheap (about £20 to buy the right stuff) and I have promised them to my daughter....
