Sl st into next stitch, cut thread a little longer. Stuff each of the roots with a little filling cotton.
Finish:
Pin the leaves and the roots to the body. The leaves are attached to the front half of the body, and the roots form an even triangle at the base of the body. Also, the eyes should be centered between two roots.
The leaves are positioned so that first the two outer ones are aligned along the center of the ball, then the third leaf is placed centrally in front of the other two leaves. When everything is well in position, the pieces can be sewn in place with the end threads.
Then it goes to the decorating: The leaf veins are sewn onto the leaves with a 3-thread embroidery thread, and you do the same with the roots.
For the mouth, you can use 3- or 6-thread embroidery thread in a color that contrasts sufficiently with the body. Finally, the grass at the bottom of the leaves is indicated. For this, 6-thread embroidery thread in different shades of green is suitable, which is embroidered crosswise at your discretion.
And already the little seedling is ready. Have fun with crocheting!
