In the meantime, please download the complete Zip folder and unpack it. If the pattern is available in the desired language, you will find it there.

Hi there,

paying for patterns can be done in various ways.

1. PayPal credit
2. Bank transfer
3. instant transfer (via Klarna)
4. Payment with the credit account

When paying with your PayPal balance and your credit account, the patterns are released for download immediately. When paying by bank transfer (exception: instant transfer), it can take up to 5 bank working days until the amount is credited to our account and the patterns are released for download.

As soon as we have received the payment, you will get a notification email with the link to download the patterns.
Our customer service is available at any time if you have any questions.

Hi,

not all patterns are automatically available in all languages.It always depends on whether the individual author of that pattern is able to provide it in several languages - there's no computer translating it automatically. 


Generally, a good indicator is the language of the description text itself - if that is in Dutch, then the pattern should be as well. If not, then chances are the pattern isn't either. Please contact the author of the pattern and ask for a translation into Dutch. 
You can write a message by clicking on the contact button in the author's store.
