Can you please tell me how to read the reviews for this item when they are not in
english and there doesn't appear to be a translate option.

  Hello, I'm sorry, there has been only one review in English so far and that there is no function to translate them.
  But I can't help you to solve the problem. Its the duty of Crazypattens to offer the possibility. Maybe you can contact the support and suggest them to do so.
  Otherwise I can only suggest you to translate the reviews with e.g. google translator?!
