When I try to print the pattern out the first 3 pages print with black background - none of the instructions can be read. My printer is in full working order and has plenty of inks. Any help please?
Thank you for purchasing our pattern. If you are having trouble printing your patterns (black areas or other problems), please install the latest version of Adobe Reader. This is available for FREE here get.adobe.com/reader/. Open my files using Adobe Reader application if you need to print them. Using Adobe Reader for viewing and printing patterns helps in 99% of printing problems. And a few more things: If you are using Windows 10, please make sure you open file with Adobe Reader and not "Edge" application. If you are using Mac, please make sure you open file with Adobe Reader and not default "Preview" application. If it does not help then please use Google Chrome Browser to download the pattern to your computer. Please let me know if any of this did help.
