it is very important to print the ebook to follow these rules:
“Page, Sizing and Handling” should be set to “Actual size”. No scaling is required while printing. Printing orientation should be set to “Auto Portrait/ Landscape”. Please check the measure square 5 to 5 cm matches with your printing. You can print on A4 or letter US paper.
Unfortunately I can't help you because I don't understand where the problem is with your printer..
The ebook was made to be printed at home, any print is fine, if you can't do it you need to get help or take the ebook to a center to print..
