Oven glove, Whale "FINN" pattern + photo tutorial

Whale "FINN" spreads good humor while cooking. He is a practical gift that gives a lot of pleasure for a long time for young and old. Ideal for upcycling an old jeans or other fabric scraps.

The OfenHandschuh is available in 2 pattern variants. A simple, faster and an advanced variant.

For big kids who want to cook along, the sewing pattern is simply printed out smaller.

Your Ute

You should already have some sewing experience for both variants.
Difficulty: Intermediate (Variant I) to advanced (Variant II).
Only in the area of the mouth the two patterns are different.
Time required per glove: approx. 1-2 hours (depending on the variant and sewing skills)

For 1 pair of oven gloves you need:
1-2 jeans depending on size/ or different fabric scraps.
Different combinations are shown in the examples.

Fabric requirement: outside 31 Inch x 18 Inch, lining fabric 31 Inch x 14 Inch
wadding: 28 Inch x 14 Inch (volume fleece/felted wool/3D mesh/thermo fleece,...)
Eye: 4 eyelets/or embroidery thread/fabric paint pen/...
