This is Leon, the Lion ... a cool little lion sock! He loves to lie around lazily and have a good time! 🙂

To crochet this pattern you should be able to crochet:

• slip stitch
• chain stitch
• single crochet stitches
• mesh ring (magic ring)
• increase and decrease stitches
• as well as be able to crochet in spirals

Size information

I crocheted my Leon with Scheepjes Catona (50g, length = 125 m) and a hook size of 2.5 mm.

He is head to toe sized, laying on side 27cm & 16cm tall.

What material will you need

• Crochet hook size 2,5 mm
• Fine Yarn (125m / 50g, Cotton):
  • 2 x Scheepjes Catona Color-Number: 179, brown
  • 1 x Scheepjes Catona Color-Number: 106, white
  • 1 x Scheepjes Catona Color-Number: 157, dark brown
• Sewing thread, darning needle, polyfill, glue, scissors, pins
• Papillote (15 mm thick), pipe cleaner wire or pintle wire
• 5 mm safety eyes or 5 mm half pearls
