Help with pattern instructions. New to crochet.

New to crochet and into pattern and get these instructions and I don’t understand them. 
3 round - ((1 sc, Inc)* 3 times, 12 sc) * 2 times
i would appreciate assistance.  Many thanks 

If you still need help, I think this is what you need to do:

1 sc in next stitch, 1 increase in next stitch, 
1 sc in next stitch, 1 increase in next stitch,
1 sc in next stitch, 1 increase in next stitch,
1 sc in each of the next 12 stitches

Repeat this from the start, because it says to do it 2 times.
