How can I download a pattern for a second time after I have purchased it?

Click to "browse pdf" and then to "open". A PDF file will be opened.

I have purchased pattern for crocheted sneaker slippers. Now cannot download. Have down all of the instructions. Even the video is a black screen. I have seen that others are having the same problem
